3 Types of Content Every Clothing Brand Needs

This guide shows you how to make the three types of content every clothing brand needs: product photos, UGC, and editorial. You'll make each one in Agent from a photo of your product. Every step uses the exact message from the video.

Every example below was made in Agent at 4:5, 2K, Balanced (set in Generation settings). Each type is its own conversation.

What you need

A photo of your product. To get the best results from your own photos, read How to Photograph Clothes for AI.

Your product

Product

Product photos sell, because they show people exactly what they're buying. They go on your product page.

Attach your product photo and a model. The model can be your own or one from Elements. Use the same message for every product, so your whole store looks the same.

UGC

UGC (user generated content) earns trust, because it looks like a real customer or influencer took it. It goes on your social media.

Attach your product photo and create the model with words: describe the person, where she is, and the photography style. End with shot on an iPhone so it looks like a real phone photo.

New conversation

Put this coat on a fashion influencer with a low bun and pointed black boots, leaning against a wall on a city street. UGC style, shot on an iPhone.

Editorial

Editorial builds your brand, because it's about the mood more than the product. It goes on your homepage banners, emails, and campaigns.

Attach your product photo and create the model with words again. Describe the mood you want: what she looks like, where she is, the light, and the lens. The more you describe, the more it looks like your brand.

New conversation

Put this coat on a model with slicked back hair, red lipstick and sheer black tights, sprawled across a red velvet couch in a hotel bar. Flash, low angle, 14mm lens. Three shots from different angles: full body, crop, close-up.

What to remember

  • Product photos sell. Reuse one message for every product.
  • UGC earns trust. Put the person somewhere real and say it was shot on an iPhone.
  • Editorial builds your brand. Describe the mood you want: the model, the place, and the light.
