How to Get Help

Chat with us

After you complete a payment, chat support is available and is the fastest way to reach the team.

• Web: Select Help in the sidebar, then select Chat with us.
• Mobile app: Open the account menu, then select Support.

Before chat support becomes available, use Discord or email.

Other support channels

• Discord: Join our server and post in #support if you need help with the app or API. For product-specific discussions such as feedback or feature requests, use #web-app or #api.
• Email: support@fashn.ai
• Slack Connect (enterprise): We can open a shared Slack channel for direct, dedicated support for your team.
