App Subscription Plans
The FASHN app is subscription-based. Each plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits for AI tools like Product to Model, Try-On, editing, upscaling, and video generation.

In the app, Agency 2× appears as a "2× Credits" toggle on the Agency pricing card.
Annual billing is priced at 10 months instead of 12:

Mobile App Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through a mobile app are managed by the app store used for the purchase. Mobile app billing is monthly only and does not currently support Agency 2× or credit top-ups.
Mobile app billing also affects operations such as plan upgrades and refund requests, which are covered later on this page.
Credit Costs
Credit costs depend on the resolution and generation mode you select. If you request multiple outputs in a single run, the cost is multiplied by the number of outputs.
Image Generation Tools
These costs apply to Product to Model, Model Swap, Create Model, Edit, Reframe, Try-On, and Packshot:

If you do not select a generation mode, the system selects one automatically based on factors like the requested resolution and tool.
Modifiers
- Face Reference: +2 credits per image (available on Product to Model, Model Swap, Create Model)
- Multiple outputs: cost multiplied by the number of images requested

Examples:
- Product to Model at 1K with Face Reference, requesting 2 images: (1 + 2) x 2 = 6 credits.
- Model Swap at 2K Quality for 4 images: 2 x 4 = 8 credits.
- Video Generation at 720p for 10 seconds: 6 credits.
Daily Credits
Pro and Agency plans include daily credits that reset every 24 hours. Daily credits give you room to experiment, make quick edits, or try new ideas without cutting into the monthly credits you may want to reserve for larger projects.
When you use a feature, FASHN consumes daily credits first, then monthly credits, and finally any top-up credits you have purchased.
Monthly Credits Roll Over
Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month while your App subscription remains active. Your monthly credit balance can hold up to three times your plan's monthly allowance:

At each monthly renewal, FASHN keeps your unused monthly credits and adds as much of the new monthly allowance as will fit within your plan's maximum balance. For example, if a Basic plan renews with 500 monthly credits remaining, 100 credits are added to bring the balance to the 600-credit limit.
This limit applies only to the monthly credit balance. Daily credits continue to reset every 24 hours, and top-up credits remain separate with their own expiration date.
Top-Ups
Buy extra credits whenever you need more room to generate. Top-up credits are added to your account immediately after purchase.
- Price: $0.10 per credit ($10 per 100 credits).
- Minimum purchase: 100 credits ($10), in increments of 100.
- Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- App credits are separate from API credits.

Managing Your Plan
Refund Policy
FASHN does not offer refunds for unused credits, change-of-mind purchases, or results that do not meet personal expectations. Every account includes 10 complimentary credits so you can try the core tools before paying.
For subscriptions purchased through a mobile app, the app store manages payments, invoices, refunds, and billing disputes. If you need to report an unauthorized charge, suspected fraud, or another billing issue, request a refund through Apple or Google Play.
