App Subscription Plans
The FASHN app is subscription-based. Each plan gives you a predictable allowance of AI usage in the form of credits that you spend on actions like creating models, virtual try-ons, model swaps, upscaling, image generation, video generation, and image editing.
The Basic plan gives you a set amount of monthly credits, with the option to top up at any time. Pro and Agency increase that monthly credit amount and also include additional daily credits that refresh every 24 hours.
When you use the app, FASHN uses daily credits first, then monthly credits, and finally any top-up credits you have purchased.
This structure lets you choose the plan that fits how you work: Basic for occasional production with optional top-ups, Pro for steady daily workflows, and Agency for higher-volume team projects.

Top-Ups
If you need more credits than your plan allows, you can purchase additional credits as needed.
How it Works
- One‑time Stripe checkout; credits activate instantly after payment.
- Price is $0.10 per credit ($10 per 100 credits).
- Minimum purchase is 100 credits ($10). Increments of 100 credits ($10).
- Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- Top‑up credits are for the app only and do not appear in API credits.
Where to Top Up
- In the app sidebar: open the left sidebar and find the “App Credits” panel at the bottom, then click “Top up” to open the Top Up App Credits dialog.
- In Billing: go to Billing → App tab. In the App Credits card, click “Top up”.
Annual Billing Benefit
All plans include 2 months free (≈16.7% off) when billed annually:
- Basic: $190 / year
- Pro: $490 / year
- Agency: $990 / year
Daily Credits & Usage
Pro and Agency plans expand your monthly credits with additional daily credits that reset every 24 hours. These daily credits give you room to experiment, make quick edits, or try new ideas without cutting into the monthly credits you may want to reserve for larger projects.
When you use a feature, FASHN AI consumes daily credits first (if available), then monthly credits, and finally any purchased top‑up credits.
How Credits Work
- Unless specified otherwise, any image generation, editing, or enhancing tool consumes 1 credit per use.
- Specialized features like Video Generation and Face Reference (model consistency) can consume more than one credit per use.
- If you request multiple outputs in a single run (for example, 4 results at once), the credit cost is multiplied by the number of outputs.
Credit Costs
Each feature consumes the following number of credits per use. The credit cost is multiplied by the number of generations/outputs.

Examples:
- Product‑to‑Model with Face Reference, requesting 2 images: (1 + 3) × 2 = 8 credits.
- Model Swap request for 4 images with default settings: 1 × 4 = 4 credits.
- Video Generation at 720p for 10 seconds: 3 credits for 720p × 2 for the 10-second duration = 6 credits.
Managing Your Plan
Plan Upgrades
Monthly Subscriptions
- Upgrading takes effect immediately, and you are charged the new plan’s monthly price (for example, $49 to move from Basic to Pro).
- Any monthly credits left on your old plan become topped-up credits on the new plan, so they follow the 12‑month expiry window instead of the monthly reset.
- Your billing cycle resets to the upgrade date. The next renewal happens one month after you upgrade, not on the old plan’s renewal date.
Annual Subscriptions
- Upgrades are prorated between what you have already consumed on the current annual plan and the remaining time for the destination plan.
- Example: halfway through Basic ($190), you have used $95. The remaining $95 applies as a discount toward Pro. Half of the Pro annual price is $245, so you pay $245 − $95 = $150 at upgrade time.
- Your billing cycle and renewal date stay the same after the upgrade.
- Remaining credits on the old plan do not roll over as topped-up credits. To maximize value, use your current monthly credits first, then upgrade.
Plan Downgrades & Cancels
- Downgrades and cancellations both queue for the end of your current billing cycle, so there are no immediate charges or plan changes.
- You continue using your existing plan until the next renewal date (end of the current month for monthly plans, end of the current year for annual plans).
- At the next billing event:
- Downgrade: you are charged for the new plan and switched automatically.
- Cancel: the subscription ends and no new charge is made; your paid access stops when the current cycle concludes.
Moving from Monthly to Annual
- We do not provide a one-click conversion from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription.
- To move to annual billing, cancel your monthly plan, wait for the current billing cycle to finish, then start a new annual subscription in the plan you prefer.
Refund Policy
- FASHN does not offer refunds on subscription charges or app top-ups.
- Every account starts with 10 complimentary credits so you can exercise the core workflows before paying.
- If a capability is gated behind a higher plan, contact support to request a walkthrough or demo prior to upgrading. Upgrading to explore a feature and later requesting a refund because it was not what you expected is not supported.
