App Subscription Plans
The FASHN app is subscription-based. Each plan gives you a monthly allowance of credits that you spend on AI tools like Product to Model, Try-On, editing, upscaling, and video generation.

In the app, Agency 2× appears as a "2× Credits" toggle on the Agency pricing card.
Annual billing is priced at 10 months instead of 12:

Credit Costs
Credit costs depend on the resolution and generation mode you select. If you request multiple outputs in a single run, the cost is multiplied by the number of outputs.
Image Generation Tools
These costs apply to Product-to-Model, Model Swap, Model Creation, Face Creation, Image Edit, Reframe, and Try-On:

If you do not select a generation mode, the system selects one automatically based on factors like the requested resolution and tool.
Modifiers
- Face Reference: +2 credits per image (available on Product-to-Model, Model Swap, Model Creation)
- Multiple outputs: cost multiplied by the number of images requested

Examples:
- Product-to-Model at 1K with Face Reference, requesting 2 images: (1 + 2) x 2 = 6 credits.
- Model Swap at 2K Quality for 4 images: 2 x 4 = 8 credits.
- Video Generation at 720p for 10 seconds: 6 credits.
Daily Credits
Pro and Agency plans include daily credits that reset every 24 hours. Daily credits give you room to experiment, make quick edits, or try new ideas without cutting into the monthly credits you may want to reserve for larger projects.
When you use a feature, FASHN consumes daily credits first, then monthly credits, and finally any top-up credits you have purchased.
Top-Ups
Purchase additional credits at any time via a one-time Stripe checkout. Credits activate instantly.
- Price: $0.10 per credit ($10 per 100 credits).
- Minimum purchase: 100 credits ($10), in increments of 100.
- Top-up credits expire 12 months after purchase.
- App credits are separate from API credits.

Managing Your Plan
Refund Policy
FASHN does not offer refunds on subscription charges or app top-ups. Every account starts with 10 complimentary credits so you can try the core tools before paying. If a capability is gated behind a higher plan, contact support to request a walkthrough or demo prior to upgrading.
