Gallery
The Gallery stores every image and video you generate in FASHN. It has two tabs: Library, where all generations appear automatically, and Collections, where you can group items by project, campaign, or any category you choose.
Library
The Library tab shows all your generations in a date-grouped grid, newest first. Every image and video created in the Studio or AI Assistant appears here automatically. Use the pagination controls at the bottom to move between pages. Hover over any thumbnail to see which tool created it.
Filtering
Click Filters in the top-right corner to narrow your view:
- Tools: Show generations from a specific tool (Product to Model, Try-On, Model Swap, Edit, Create Model, Create Face, Image Upscale, Video, or Import)
- Tags: Show only items you have liked
Detail View
Click any item to open the detail view. The image appears at full size on the left with zoom controls (zoom in, zoom out, reset) in the top-left corner.
The right panel shows:
- Date and time of creation
- Created in: Which tool produced the result
- Use in: Send the image directly to any Studio tool (Edit, Model Swap, Product to Model, Try-On, Video, Upscale) or to the AI Assistant
- Inputs: Expand to see the exact prompt, source images, resolution, and other parameters used
Action icons at the top of the panel let you download, open externally, like (heart), or delete (trash) the item.
Bulk Actions
Click Select at the top of the page to enter multi-select mode:
- Select individual items or click Select All
- Download: Export all selected items at once
- Add to Collection: Add selected items to a Collection
- Delete: Remove all selected items
- Click Cancel Selection to exit
Importing Your Own Images
Use the Import button to upload images from your device into Gallery. This lets you run Studio tools like Upscale or Image to Video on your own assets, even if they were not originally generated with FASHN.
Collections
Collections let you organize your generated assets into named groups. Use them to sort images by project, campaign, style, season, or any category that fits your workflow. Each Collection shows a thumbnail grid of its contents and an image count.
Creating a Collection
- In Gallery, switch to the Collections tab.
- Click New Collection.
- Enter a name and confirm.
You can rename or delete a Collection at any time by right-clicking it.
Adding Images to a Collection
Individually: In Library, right-click any image and select the Collection you want to add it to.
In bulk: Click Select in Library to enter multi-select mode, choose your images, then click the Collection icon in the toolbar to add all selected items at once.
Browsing a Collection
Switch to the Collections tab to see all your collections as thumbnail grids. Click any Collection to view its contents.
Collections are also accessible from Studio when picking images from Gallery, so you can find assets quickly without scrolling through your full Library.
Managing Collections
- Rename: Right-click a Collection and select Rename.
- Delete: Right-click a Collection and select Delete. Deleting a Collection does not delete the images inside it; they remain in your Library.
Exporting for Web
Export for Web prepares image downloads in web-friendly formats that balance quality and file size for storefronts, email, and social media.
Downloading from Studio tools saves the original-quality image. To export web-optimized images with format and quality controls, use Export for Web in Gallery.
How to Export
-
Click any image in Gallery and choose Download (top-right), or use Select to choose multiple items, then click Download.
When exporting a single image, open the settings dialog to review format and quality before exporting.
-
In the export dialog, adjust your settings:
- Format: choose from Original, JPEG, PNG, or WebP
- Quality: use the slider to adjust compression
- Resolution and size: see the current resolution and estimated file size
Click Export to save. You can use these settings as a reference before running a bulk export.
Export Settings
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Format | Choose Original, JPEG, PNG, or WebP. PNG and WebP preserve transparency; JPEG does not. |
| Quality | Compression level for JPEG/WebP. Higher quality increases file size; lower quality reduces size but may add artifacts. The default WebP 95% is a good web baseline. |
Export Tips
- Upscale before export if you need higher resolution; export should be your last step.
- For web, prefer default settings (WebP format, 95% quality) to keep files around or under 1 MB; raw 4K images can exceed 10 MB.
- Need transparency? Choose Original (PNG) or WebP; JPEG does not support transparency.
- Exported image looks low-quality? Increase the quality slider in the export dialog.
Best Practices
- Use Collections to group images by project, campaign, or client for faster access.
- Use Likes to bookmark your best outputs for easy access.
- Clean out unused generations regularly to keep your workspace organized.
- Upscale your final selections before downloading for the highest quality.
- Use filters when preparing batches for export or portfolio uploads.
