Organizations

Organizations let you work as a team in FASHN. Members share your plan’s App credits and access to shared assets.

Every account has a default organization, even for individual users.

Access to Organizations

  • You see the Organizations menu when you have an active App subscription.
  • If you are on the free tier, you only see it if you have been invited to an existing organization.

Open Organizations

Click your profile picture at the bottom‑left of the app.

In the menu, locate the Organizations section. Select an organization name to switch, or click Settings to manage the current one.

Switch Organizations

Selecting another organization in the profile menu switches your working context:

  • All actions you take happen inside the selected organization
  • Credits are consumed from that organization’s balance
  • Assets you create are owned by that organization
  • The Gallery shows results created by anyone in that organization

You can return to your personal organization at any time from the same menu.

Current Organization

In the Organizations page, the top card shows the organization you are currently working in.

  • Organization name — owners can rename it
  • Your role (Owner or Collaborator)

Team Members

Invite teammates and manage who has access to shared resources.

  • Your plan includes a seats quota; the header shows seats used and how many remain
  • Owners can click Invite to send an email invite
  • Each collaborator entry shows name, email, and role; owners can adjust roles or remove members

Only owners can invite or remove collaborators. If you need to join an organization, ask an owner. Seat availability depends on your plan; owners can manage seats in Billing.

Seats are included with your App plan. See seat quantities on Plans & Pricing → App.

What’s Shared in an Organization

  • App subscription benefits and App credits
  • Assets your team creates under the organization

Roles and Permissions

  • Owner: invite/remove collaborators, view Billing and manage the plan, rename the organization.
  • Collaborator: use shared resources and create assets within the organization.

Danger Zone

Leaving an organization removes your membership immediately. Your personal account stays active, but:

  • You lose access to the organization’s assets and plan
  • Items you created under the organization remain with the organization
  • You will no longer see the organization in your switcher
Owners cannot leave

At this time, organization owners cannot leave their organization. If you need to transfer ownership to another member, please contact support.

If you intend to close your personal account, review how owning an organization affects deletion in Account Settings.
