Credits for bad results
When a Result Misses
AI generation is not fully predictable, for images and videos alike. A model can miss an instruction or add details you did not ask for, even with clear inputs and a well-written prompt, and the same request can turn out differently from one generation to the next. When this happens, it does not mean you set up your request incorrectly or that something is wrong with the service.
We know it is frustrating to spend credits on a result you cannot use. Every generation runs the full computation needed to create the output, and that processing has the same cost whether the result is right or misses a detail. Credits pay for each generation, so we cannot charge only for results that match your request.
A retry is a new generation, so it uses credits too. Credits used on completed generations are not refunded or restored. See the App refund policy for details.

When to Contact Support
Contact Support so the team can investigate if:
- A generation ended with an error or an output is missing.
- You see a credit charge you do not recognize.
If a completed result keeps missing in the same way, share its generation ID. The team can review the inputs and result and suggest what to change on your next try.
